1.Why should I choose A&M Industrial Engraving? What makes you different from other engravers?

At A&M Industrial Engraving, we believe there are four essentials that must be present in order to maintain long-lasting customer relationships. These might seem very basic but they are the foundation of our business.

First, quality must always be front and center. At A&M Industrial Engraving, we pride ourselves on producing a high quality product. Second, project deadlines requested by customers must always be met. We strive to meet all delivery dates requested by our customers. Third, customer service is a key to our success. We are a small company and, as owners, are actively involved in the entire process, beginning with answering the phone and taking the order to making the product, inspecting the final product and preparing it for shipment. A&M Industrial Engraving handles each order on an individual basis and one order is just as important as the next. Customer service is very important to us.

Finally, we keep our overhead low so that we can provide product to you at a reasonable and competitive price. It all sounds like common sense but many companies do not adhere to these four essentials. In a nutshell, our goal at A&M is to provide you, the customer, with a quality product, shipped on time, with great customer service at a reasonable price. That is our motto.

2.What type of engraving is your focus?

We use a rotary engraver to do our engraving. Most of our customers are in the industrial, electrical or manufacturing industries. Our specialty is not plaques and trophies. We can do this type of engraving but that is not our focus.

3.What materials are used for engraving?

A&M Industrial Engraving specializes in plastics and metals. See pictures of samples throughout our website.

4.What information is required for a quote and how soon may I receive the quote?

Click "Quick Quote" and fill in the requested information. If there is a specialty item you are in need of, please feel free to send us a print with the dimensions listed, and specify the material, the letter height, special fonts (if other than standard), beveling, adhesive backing, drilling/holes, quantity and any other special requests. We will e-mail a quote within 24 hours. If a faster quote is required, give us a call at 866-643-7465.

5.How do you handle specialty items?

At A&M, we enjoy the challenges that specialty items provide. Our "Specialty Items" page contains pictures of specialty products we have provided to our customers in the past. Due to our customer care philosophy, we are able to work specialty items into production schedules rather quickly. Custom packaging is provided as well at no additional cost to the customer.

6.How soon can I receive my product?

A&M Industrial Engraving ships all orders within 5 - 7 business days. However, if the material requested is not a stocked item, delivery date will be dependent upon supplier lead times. If a rush order is needed, please let us know when placing the order and we'll strive to meet your deadline.

7.What are my payment options?

New customers, who wish to be billed, are required to complete a credit application to establish terms, which are "Net 30 days". To expedite the process, customers may also pay in advance or pay with a credit card. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

8.I have some metal legends that I would like engraved. May I send you these legends and only pay for the engraving?

Yes. If you prefer we will keep your inventory on hand and only charge for engraving. Just let us know as we are here to help.

9.What if I receive the product and I am not satisfied?

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within seven days of receipt and we will issue a credit or refund.

10. How is shipping handled?

Unless otherwise requested, we ship all orders UPS Ground. Actual freight charges are billed directly on the invoice or included with your credit card order.
